Lead onshore/offshore team to complete the Dev and implementation tasks for the multiple projects.• Participated requirement gathering/analysis, data flow design, ETL component design, ETL coding, ETL integration, and end to end test.• Provide the Design, Proposal and sizing for Dev ETL tasks and help project manager to make the project planning and resource arrangement.• Develop the ETL components in DevOps Environment by using tool Jira, Confluence, Bit-Bucket, Bamboo, Artifactory, Ansible in multiple platforms, including big data Hadoop/Hive/Spark platform. • Monitor the Dev activities and provide the Dev status in the project meeting and project daily huddle meeting in AGILE methodology.• Perform the code review for ETL codes, shell scripts, deployment scripts and create ETL common utilities and set up the ETL code standards for the team.• Coordinate with other project team (TSBI, QA, SIT, UAT) and other teams (IDP release team, IDP PROD support team, IDP framework team, IDP platform team, File transfer team, PTS team and EI engineering team) to ensure the Dev and implementation activities moving forward and getting support.• Create the System Build Guide (SBG) document and guide engineering team to perform the PROD implementation and verification.• Create the ESP (Enterprise job Scheduling Plan) document to set up ETL job flow automation in PROD.• Create the Dev documents and review with project team and PROD support team, including Development Plan, Detailed System Design, Code review checklist, SBG, ESP, Support Knowledge Transition, and Operation readiness checklist.• Monitor the PROD ETL jobs and data loading status, investigate PROD issue root cause, and provide resolution and instruction for the production issues.
