Utilizes a strong technical proficiency with the entire FireTech product range-Utilizes strong understanding of fire apparatus design to marry the right FireTech products with customers’ equipment and applications-Applies NFPA and DOT standards to develop product certifications for OEMs, including custom design requests-Conducts product training with all team members-Develops pertinent industry-related content for newsletters, social media posts, and education events-Prepares Fit Out Guides and photometric renderings to assist customers with selecting the correct lighting options for their vehicles-Provides virtual and onsite product troubleshooting support as an emergency vehicle technician (EVT) for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), dealers, and end users (fleet management and fire department personnel)-Meets with fire departments virtually and onsite on their new/existing fire apparatus specifications and offers design feedback/insights-Works with dealers on specifying/designing new fire vehicles for their customers-Provides engineering support virtually and/or onsite to OEMs-Supports R&D Engineering on developing new products and implementing product improvements-Assists the CEO, COO, and Sales Team virtually and/or onsite with special projects-Attends trade shows and special events, to educate potential customers and strengthen the company’s brand awareness.
