A Chartered Quantity Surveyor providing advice on distressed projects and strategic recovery issues, post contract change management and valuation. I hold an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration as well as the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence. My experience spans domestic and international construction disputes as well as quantum analysis of multi-million pound claims on projects in various sectors including government, residential, tourism, real estate, infrastructure, geotechnical, power, water, and oil and gas. My advisory experience covers a whole range of quantity surveying issues including project budgets, late payments, compensation events, re-measurement, valuation of variations, final accounts, set-off and contra charges, cost audits and prolongation, suspension and termination.
