   As Producer, Production Manager, Writer, Videographer, Digital Editor and Photographer, I helped create and grow the company in to a viable and successful production company in the DC Metro market. Bringing a “Hollywood” level of production elements with a small market sensibility, I have been able to provide our clients with a variety of styles and formats, tailoring each project to best fit the client’s needs. My diverse production background and multiple skill sets has allowed B.P. to handle many different types of projects.• Meet with the clients to assess their needs and determine how to best create and produce a compelling project, delivering their mission statement in an interesting visual and audio manner. This included: researching information their organization and the message they wanted to deliver, conceptualizing ideas on to best be able to present that message, working within the parameters of their style and budget. • Write the script, including research, production elements, narrative descriptions and dialog. • Produced and Directed all projects, including technical aspects and actors/talent.• Production Managed all projects, including: creating a production budget & schedule, cast actors/spokespersons and all additional crew needed, arranged for any outside vendors needed in terms of equipment or music licensing.• Performed as lighting director and videographer on most projects.• Still photographer for projects & events, including working in film (35mm, 2x2) and digital formats. • Performed digital enhancements, corrections, cropping and other photographic manipulations using Adobe Photoshop.• Edited video projects of varying styles and lengths, using digital non-linear edit systems. Editing included color correction, audio sweetening, music supervision and delivery of final product, either in tape, DVD, web site host or web stream format (YouTube, Vimeo, Vine).
