ABOUT ROBERT LAMBERT

Over a decade of experience in commercial strategy, project management and M&A/growth strategies in the food ingredients industry. I work as Ingå Group’s Business Intelligence Manager which includes supporting the identification and early‑stage engagement of independent, founder‑led ingredient businesses across Europe and the USA. My role is to understand businesses, their capabilities and markets — helping to create thoughtful, confidential introductions where there may be a natural alignment with Ingå’s long-term partnership philosophy. I support the CEO and leadership team in helping to build a group of. We support growth where it’s welcome, protect what makes a business unique, and take a long-term, stewardship-led approach to acquisitions, with each business retaining its identity, culture and leadership. To date, our group includes: Ulrick & Short, Louis François, MSK Ingredients, JM Posner & Verdant Ingredients. My Focus areas:1) M&A Strategy - identification, mapping, outreach & building respectful, confidential connections with founders, advisors and corporates in our sector.
