ABOUT ROBERT LAGAN
As a Corporate Finance Associate at Transurban, I value current and potential toll-road assets in North America using Excel-based valuation models. I create different scenarios based on various assumptions and inputs, and help facilitate decision-making on asset acquisition, development, or divestment. I also update existing models with new forecast and actual data, and ensure their accuracy and reliability. Before joining Transurban, I was a government Advisory Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where I provided financial and operational solutions to public sector clients. I conducted scenario modeling and credit risk analysis for water and wastewater entities applying for multimillion dollar loans from the EPA. I also reviewed financial models related to CMS programs that aimed to improve healthcare quality and reduce cost. I wrote macros to increase work efficiency and shorten time-consuming tasks. I graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Mathematics in 2018. I have strong skills in teamwork, critical thinking, and R programming. I am motivated by solving complex problems and delivering value to stakeholders. I am passionate about infrastructure finance and its impact on society and the environment.
