I am a Third generation in a family of Real Estate. I have been helping individuals and families with their Real Estate needs for more than 44 years. I am also a landlord with a mixture of residential, commerical and farms that I have owned and managed over 40 years. I have been in Real Estate through several up\'s and down\'s from the high interest rates of the late 70\'s and early 80\'s to the Savings and loan crisis and now the mortgage melt down. I still believe Real Estate is a good investment, but like the stock market it does not always work on the short term.
