Alumnus University of Arizona, native Tucsonan, Davis has brokered nearly $300 Million in commercial real estate transactions involving the University of Arizona including the acquisition of the: UA Science & Technology Park, UA Mars Phoenix Mission Headquarters, UA Biosphere2, UA Phoenix Biomedical Plaza, UA Bio5 Oro Valley And SF of leases with IBM, Raytheon, & Microsoft & procuring the first biotech, materials tech, software tech, and internet tenants and represented Target.com for their SF Rita Ranch fulfillment center. At UA from 19••••85 he coached the first UA All-Americans in swimming & an associate athletic director.
