ABOUT ROBERT L. CLARKE
I have over 25 years of security & enforcement experience in various high security and regulatory environments such as Corrections, Cannabis, Critical Infrastructure in addition to public spaces such as recreational and municipal facilities. I’m fluent in crisis management, leading multi-disciplinary teams, development of security related best practices and policies, including all aspects of workplace & incident investigations relating to misconduct, breaches and loss identification. I also have the benefit of experience gained from leading the full scope of facility, personnel and financial management, from having overseen the Yukon Territory\'s only correctional facility on behalf of the Department of Justice. With experience conducting security assessments, post incident investigations and executive protection, I bring with me a broad spectrum of skills. I have knowledge of Incident Command structures, and educated in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design methodologies to help with your building design and emergency planning. Familiar with the following platforms: Avigilon, Genetec, Exacqvision, Kantech, Lenel and C-Cure. Licensed in Alberta as Security worker and Investigator.
