With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement and security, I am a seasoned and trusted advisor on private security matters. I currently serve as the Personal Protection Specialist Representative to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services - Private Security Services Advisory Board, where I provide guidance and recommendations on the regulation and oversight of private security services in the state. I am also the founder and principal owner of ProtectorScope Security Solutions, a licensed and insured private security service company that offers protective and investigative solutions to clients across Virginia. As a former Special Agent in Charge and Senior Executive at the U.S. Secret Service, I have extensive expertise in leading and executing high-profile security events, criminal investigations, and intelligence operations. I have successfully protected foreign heads of state, directed security design for national special security events, and reduced operational costs through efficient management of a $250M budget. I have also initiated a multi-agency transnational cybercrime enforcement program, authored over 300 threat assessment products, and enhanced personnel operational readiness by streamlining processes and policies.
