About Robert Koenig
Over a thirty-year-career I have vast experience in design, specifications, project management, construction service leadership and risk identification and resolution. My experience in the field began in construction working for an MEP Contractor. This early experience has allowed me to lead multidisciplinary teams in fostering positive working relationships between the design and construction teams. I have a proven history in working directly with the construction trades coordinating designs and utilizing all learned lessons to improve future outcomes. My focus on team development with discussions and education of the content of construction documents has been a means to improve overall quality, schedule efficiencies and identification of scope creep that impact budget. Highlight in my career has been mentoring and training young designers and architects to be successful in the industry.
