Hi-Crush provides sand to the Oil & Gas industry for the Fracking process. Responsible for staffing requirements for a new Transload Facility in Pecos, TX. These positions were mostly Transload Operators responsible for unloading railcars of sand into silos and loading out sand trucks for delivery to the Fracking site. Assisted in the staffing of our Proppants Business in the Permian Basin and Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania. These positions include: Sand Coordinators, Forklift Operators, and Belt Operators, who worked at the Fracking site to ensure the quantity and quality of sand was delivered to the Frac Operator; and other positions, including Customer Service Rep, Corporate Administration, Environmental, Wet and Dry Plant Operators, Lab Technicians, and various other positions.
