Managed, organised and oversaw the QA function for all testing phases with a long co-ordinated E2E and UAT phase for the new stock exchange upgrade location on the latest hardware/technologies for future proofing the exchange by providing additional resilience and capacity for one of the single largest investment projects in the stock exchange history- Regular deliveries of the LSE trading platform (where billions of pounds traded daily) as part of UK critical infrastructure- FCA regulatory audit dealing with FCA requests, enhancements and introduction of new controls. Engaging directly with FCA representatives and internal audit and project teams and senior stakeholders- Building up and managing offshore teams (40 direct reports) knowledge and experience for internal testing capabilities and use of 3rd party consultants/providers
