   As Mazars’ Global Consulting Leader I am responsible for creating a globally cohesive growth strategy capable of bringing market leading solutions to our client’s complex challenges in the 90+ countries in which we operate. To achieve this objective I lead a talented global leadership team of Line-of-Business and Regional Leaders who work together to innovate our offerings and delivery approaches and execute those strategies within our countries of operation. I am responsible for articulating the consulting business strategy to Mazars’ Global Executive Board and securing the resources at a global and national level necessary to execute our business plan. As a member of the Mazars Global Leadership Team, I am frequently collaborating with managing partners and practice leaders around the world to understand their unique business and cultural environments and how they should influence the strategy and investments of the global consulting practice.As the National Consulting Leader for Mazars in the US, I am responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of developing and maintaining a thriving practice capable of creating extraordinary opportunities for our people and significant and sustainable financial returns to the Firm. In this role, I have direct oversight over our 5 Lines-of-Business: Management & Technology Consulting; Financial Advisory; Risk Consulting; Healthcare Consulting; and Consulting Infrastructure. Working with my national consulting leadership team, we are responsible for developing and executing our consulting growth strategy; developing new and innovative services and delivery approaches; managing team composition and compensation; practice managing practice financial performance, and leading go-to-market activities. Having previously held roles of sector leader, geography leader and service line leader, I am well equipped to help the Consulting collaborate with others and thrive within the matrix management model utilized by Mazars.
