Manage an Aviation program with fixed and rotary wing aircraft to insure trained aircrews and well maintained aircraft are available when needed for Federal or State missions. Provide Strategic leadership to move those programs forward in the most effective and efficient manner in a resource constrained environment. Previous command experience at the team, company, task force, and battalion level. Previous experience as the Director of Warrior and Family Support, Director of Command, Control, Communications and Cyber laid the groundwork for this position and the accident investigation and analysis course highlight the benefit of prevention.
