After a series of assigments of progressively increasing responsibility, Bob is currently global counsel for SC Johnson\'s Corporate New Ventures division and SC Johnson\'s Global Corporate Affairs, Communications and Sustainability function. Bob\'s practice focuses on integrating corporate acquisitions while enabling healthy growth, with a focus on advertising, compliance and regulatory issues. Lead global product liability litigation counsel and special projects litigation counsel. Responsible for managing outside counsel across the globe on all the issues that arise from the operations of a market leader in the consumer products space. Bob was formerly with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where he served as the America\'s region counsel for the Go-to-Market functions of HDMC. Bob also was the primary legal counsel for the Harley-Davidson Museum and advised on commercial litigation, internal investigations and a variety of other commercial matters. Prior to joining Harley-Davidson, Bob was a litigation associate at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren, s.c. where he focused on complex financial litigation and intellectual property litigation. While at Reinhart, Bob took a number of cases to trial and successfully argued in front of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.Bob is a Milwaukee native and earned his law degree from Northwestern University in 2006. Bob earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 2001 while spending the academic year at the Beijing Center for Language and Cultural Exchange.
