I have over 27 years of experience in trademark and copyright prosecution and protection, primarily in a law firm setting as a paralegal/IP Portfolio Manager. My work included comprehensive search report analysis, drafting answers to Office Actions, knock-out searches, docketing via CPI, infringement investigations, drafting cease and desist letters, and recording trademark registrations with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. I also enjoy building the trademark practice with a law firm or corporation.I also have extensive experience with filing international trademark applications via the Madrid Protocol.As a paralegal I have also worked in corporate law, collections and some litigation.
