Apple Pie Painting is a Kansas City startup in the \"Wine and Paint\" industry, and is focused on providing entertainment, inspiration, and laughter, with a unique mobile painting party experience. Together, with my wife April, we built Apple Pie Painting into the regions premiere painting party experience, having even been selected by the Pitch Magazine, as the \"Best of KC\" in 2017, beating out all of our national competitors. My role with the company has been the Chief Operations Officer, the Chief Marketing Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer. As an Entrepreneur, I held many roles and duties, many of which, changed day by day. My primary duties as the COO included overseeing company operations, staffing, payroll, supply and product distribution, HR, new product roll out, and many other tasks. As the CMO, my duties consisted of overseeing the marketing of the company across all platforms from social media, internet, print, trade shows, radio and TV publicity, along with interviews and articles in various publications, in addition to community involvement and awareness with various influencers, as well as our various charitable contributions and partners across the community. As the CFO, my duties were to oversee the financial operations of the company. Providing projections on budgets, revenues, and expenses on a day to day, month to month, and yearly basis.
