I have qualified as a Zurich Insurance approved panel counsel for construction defect claims.I have also been representing clients for 22 years in products liability cases and have defended a wide range of case involving products such as mini-blinds, construction equipment, construction products, boilers, manufacturing equipment, recreational products, trailers and associated components, tires, electrical equipment, health care products, medical devices and food products. I have worked on a wide variety of commerical title matters and representation of insurance agents and other profesionals.I have successfully represented clients in cases litigated in both federal and state courts.
