ABOUT ROB HARPER

Hi, I’m Rob. I lead marketing at Prima Software, where I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping B2B Office Products companies grow through better use of technology. My role covers everything from shaping positioning and go-to-market strategy through to campaigns, content, and events across the UK, Ireland, and US. A big part of what I do is taking complex, integrated software and turning it into clear, practical messaging that resonates with customers and supports real commercial outcomes. I work closely with product and sales teams to align on customer needs, refine messaging, and ensure everything we put into market is consistent and meaningful. Having operated as a standalone marketing lead, I’m used to building things from scratch, whether that’s strategy, campaigns, or content, and bringing structure where it doesn’t already exist. More recently, I’ve been exploring how AI can be used to improve the way marketing works day to day, from speeding up research and content creation to testing and refining messaging more efficiently. Outside of that, I enjoy the creative side of marketing, particularly video and live events, and I’m always interested in how technology can be used in more practical, effective ways.
