As Group Director, Investment, I am responsible in two key areas:(1) assist in acquisition of new businesses and (2) agent partner development (air freight and ocean freight transportation) with the following responsibilities: 1. Sourcing suitable target businesses for the company to acquire 2. Oversees M&A project management processes including due diligence, financial planning, scoping, closing, and integration. Prospect and secure new agents that are able to meet Dimerco standards in the approved target regions based on management directive.
