1. Underground Civil Supervisor

   In this position, I oversee the civil field installation of fiber optic and conduit networks for major telecom companies, including AT & T, Charter, Lightower, & Boldyn. Supervising underground utility installations, including manhole and conduit systems. To uphold compliance with the project scope, I conduct quality inspections and job walkouts. By building and sustaining positive relationships with contractors and customers, I ensure the success of each project. Here, my role also involves assigning personnel, materials, and equipment for a team of 30–50 workers (operators and laborers), with a focus on efficiency and safety compliance. Key Contributions: Coordinated teams to install underground utilities and LINKNYC kiosks, driving efficient project execution across prominent NYC sites, including 1st and 6th Ave. concrete roadways Created comprehensive project plans outlining specifications and field modifications to ensure smooth execution. Led the establishment of a new division in Philadelphia, executing the installation of 50+ Smart Bus Shelters with innovative display systems for SEPTA in 2018. Administered the planning and execution of complex development projects, including ADA-compliant installations for DOT and city infrastructure upgrades.
