ABOUT ROBERT HORSFALL
I joined the Webster & Horsfall Group in 2004. In 2009 I qualified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant. I went on to become a member of the group’s executive board in 2010. I am responsible for providing strategic and financial guidance to the group and for maintaining high standards of corporate governance. I am part of an executive team that founded Tyseley Energy Park in 2010 which to date has delivered over £70m of inward investment and is regarded as one the UK\'s leading Energy Innovation Zones. In 2018 the team completed a successful management buyout whilst at the same time entering into a strategic partnership to co-develop Tyseley Energy Park with the University of Birmingham. Since celebrating the company’s 300th anniversary in 2020, our team has created a Business Incubator to support the commercialisation of low carbon energy solutions. The team is also working on creating a Centre of Excellence for Engineering Innovation.
