FinTech; Structured Credit I am an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and based in the Washington, DC office. My practice has a particular focus on the FinTech market, representing over 30 alternative-asset originators, domestic and international investment banks, commercial finance companies, direct lenders and private equity funds in all aspects of complex financings, including leveraged, specialty, and asset-based lending and repo transactions. My practice also covers securitization and structured finance, where I represent underwriters and collateral managers in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions.
