Engineering Link was founded in 2009 by Paul Pasqualini, Matt Schmalz, and myself, to provide building envelope and structural engineering services to Southern Ontario. 2025 marks the completion of our 16th year, with a staff count over 70. Looking forward to the continued growth of our team.In 2016, we were approaching the completion of our 6th year of being in business. Happy to say the firm grew to a staff complement approaching 30.In 2014, as we passed our milestone of our 4th year of being in business, our clients had asked us to do work Canada wide on their various portfolios. This was the start of our national reach.
