   At American Tower I work on a team of talented Salesforce developers and administrators. In my role we developing and execute Salesforce solutions for various funtional groups within the organization. My primary function is in business analysis and solution design. However, other project activities include scheduling requirements session with the stakeholders and project team. This role is responsible for creating the BRD and FRD. The Salesforce Configuration Map is jointly managed with the Admin/Developer assigned to the project. I also work closely with the QA team who is responsible for testing functionality in the pre-UAT orgs. One project challenge is to translate the businesses \"As-Is\" process to the \"To-Be\" process where a Salesforce solution is new to them. Oftentimes a phased or lift and shift approach is implemented. Subsequent phases allow users to streamline their current business processes into a more eloquent user friendly solution.
