I am a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer and I have been at Freeths since starting my training in 2008.I specialise in private wealth disputes, in particular contested estates, trust disputes, Inheritance Act claims and disputed lifetime gifts (including undue influence and Court of Protection disputes). I am a member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists). I am ranked in both Legal 500 and in Chambers HNW in the field of private wealth disputes.I also deal with non-landlord and tenant property disputes, with a particular focus on disputes between adjoining land owners and disputes between co-owners concerning quantification of equitable interests.I am predominantly based in the Midlands but I act for clients based all over England, Wales and beyond.
