Sr. SQL Server DBA specializing in Operational DBA/Management on platforms from 1997 to present. I have worked with development teams for my entire career and have developed applications for monitoring SQL instances to lighten the load on the instances and clusters. I have also worked in BI (Business Intelligence) areas with data warehouses, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, etc. Also specialize in DTS and SSIS programming for ETL and job management. I am looking forward to working with a high-intensity, technology focused and strong central data team in an exciting vertical.    Responsible for intermediary role between EHR/EMR companies and physicians and hospitals for integration and reader of training. Applied new functionality when necessary • Created mobile apps for physician offices including for patients, MA and RN, and physician. These apps allowed patients to perform actions such as setting appointments, asking questions, reviewing medical records, requesting prescription refills, etc. The staff versions allowed for the review of appointments set, integration with billing and insurance filling and verification, and communication with patients and physicians in a chat based environment. Physicians versions had addresses to all systems in addition to medical reference material, imaging viewers (iPad version), dictation to text for staff, e-prescribing through EMR, on-call with ability to show any caller id, patient history and goals when walking into room with patient, access to TX DPS Drug History per patient, and other abilities. • These mobile apps were developed utilizing mostly JavaScript, but also Swift, XCode, Objective-C, APIs, etc and we\'re available in iOS, Android and limited Windows phones. • These apps in addition to the integrations with the EMR/EHR showed a decrease of nearly 50% of time spent on daily duties due mostly to a lowered call volume from patients using the apps. • The DB Systems behind the different EMR systems and apps provided by Relativity³ relief upon disparate systems from SQL Server, MongoDB, MYSQL, Postgres and others, hosted either on site, in EMR data center of MS Azure or AWS.• Solely responsible for day took day operations including budgeting, presentations, overseeing lead generation, etc.
