I am a dirven audit leader in PwC’s Private Practice, a practice solely dedicated to serving private companies across all industries. Over the course of my career, I have built a specialty in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Software, while also gaining broader experience across Consumer Industrial Products & Services (CIPS). I work extensively with both private-equity–backed and family-owned businesses, guiding them through complex transactions including IPOs, M&A deals, restructurings, incentive-based compensation arrangements, and accounting policy changes, while ensuring high-quality financial statement audits that are both efficient and effective. This combination of industry specialization, ownership focus, and transactional expertise allows me to serve a wide range of private businesses, tailoring insights and solutions to the unique challenges and opportunities they face.Beyond technical execution, I am passionate about coaching and mentoring the next generation of audit professionals, leading by example, and creating an environment where teams can thrive.
