Lead, develop, coach, inspire and mentor a diverse and inclusive highly skilled team, that consistently performs to meet and exceed clear business key deliverables • Drive performance through strong leadership and people management • Ownership of self and teams’ career and skill development • Managing contractor performance whilst on and off site to ensure the most effective and efficient fix whilst ensuring value for money • Full financial control and accountability for group Opex and people budgets. • Building and maintaining effective positive customer relationships and communicating clearly with stakeholders, managing expectations where required at all levels • Analysing MI and interpreting into meaningful data that can be used to identify positive and negative trends and managing both internal resource, contractor spend and performance. • Make sure my team meets and delivers all the necessary legal and compliance standards for our business such as statutory compliance, food compliance, security regulations and trading laws • Consistently reviewing the workload and the capacity of a team of circa 18 mobile and multi traded engineers in a fast-paced customer facing environment. Identifying and forecasting peaks and troughs in workload expectations and reviewing operational delivery strategies to meet demand whilst striving for further efficiencies • Up / cross skilling team to reduce contractor spend and achieving more with what we already have • Deliver class leading business critical asset availability plan • Delivering great results whilst providing exceptional customer service and standards, demonstrating clear year on year improvement which can be demonstrated through KPIs and people perception survey results. • Flexible in my approach to problem solving, putting the needs of the business first
