Responsible for the overall global supply of all Theratechnologies clinical products. Key person responsible for managing the movement of Theratechnologies IP throughout the supply chain including API, drug product, labelling, packaging and distribution to clinical sites- Leading a cross functional team for the setup of labelling, packaging and distribution activities for clinical trial expansion into EU and UK, working closely with clinical distribution partner to meet timelines for EU and UK trial activation- Carry out risk assessment exercises of global supply chain to identify risks that may disrupt the supply of drug to the clinical sites- Day to day supply chain management including vendor selection and qualification, vendor management and management of shipments of drug throughout the supply chain- Responsible for forecasting and budget for supply chain, labelling and packaging, and distribution activities for all clinical products- Responsible for all permit applications for clinical products- Manage inventory of all clinical products on a continuous basis. Co-ordinate with finance on a monthly basis to ensure appropriate insurance of products at each CMO are established- Ensure project goals are completed on time, conducted efficiently and delivered to the client with the highest standards of quality- Managing deviations at vendors from Supply Chain perspective working closely with QA to ensure deviations are closed out on time and efficiently- Work closely with other business functions to trend vendor performance, assessing key KPI’s on order to optimise vendor performance.
