this role I Manage all aspects of new and existing retail branded merchandise projects from initial customer contact to developing new relationships with existing and prospective customers. Work closely with the buyers to ensure we are offering the right products for their range. This could be an off the shelf product or something more bespoke from FE or Europe. Organising customer visits to showcase how our products and services will help develop their brand over a range of merchandise. Keep up to date records on quotations and sales on a CRM system. Organise quotation presentations with visuals and product specifications. Offering a wide range of products including drink ware, stationary, ancillary products ( key rings, magnets) and more from the UK and Far East. This role has allowed me to learn the printing processes and limitations for most product categories.Specialising in the supply of clothing covering most decoration techniques:• Screen Printing ( UK & Offshore)• Transfer Print• Embroidery • DTG ( Direct to Garment) • Sublimation ( UK & Offshore)• Exotic Transfer Print ( textures)Currently working with some of the biggest blue chip retailers over all sectors including:• High Street Retailers• Theme Parks & Attractions• Zoo’s & Safari parks• Sports Organisations• Museums & Historical Sites• Charities
