I am currently a Marketing Director in Dow\'s Packaging & Specialty Plastics business with a focus on strategy development, implementation, and talent development. I am focused on integrating my technical background and curiosity into commercial roles that will drive business objectives with a positive social impact. I have held previous roles in manufacturing, sales, and marketing that have enabled me to combine these experiences to: manage the price volume mix, value sell, identify unmet market needs, lead-cross functional teams, and design technology innovation pipelines. I am passionate about sustainability within the packaging industry and identifying opportunities that can help: increase recycling, improve reuse of materials, and reduce the impact of packaging on the environment. I am a native of Pittsburgh that is interested in exploring the world to better connect and understand other cultures. I studied Italian language to become more knowledgeable about my own heritage and have begun studying Spanish as well as I enjoy traveling to Latin America. Additionally, I am a fitness enthusiast who enjoys hiking US National Parks, Cross-fit, and volleyball.
