Poured in a rough shape which closely resembles the customer\'s machine finished product, AT²LAS™ significantly reduces machining times and its associated cost. At approximately 20% of the weight, AT²LAS™ properties most closely resemble INVAR steel and can be produced in rough cast form or machined to customer specifications. Ideal for prototyping, producing one-off composite repair panels or full rate production, the material can be repaired, bonded to other pieces of the same material, or, when finished, machined again for a completely different prototype or production tool. Orders can typically be fulfilled in three to four weeks.
