Manage a broad portfolio of money movement and servicing capabilities, including- Funds Transfers (internal/external)- Bill Pay integrations (Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS)- Loan Payments, including credit cards, lines of credit, HELOCs and mortgages- Consumer Domestic Wires- Account-to-Account (A2A) and Member-to-Member transfers- Manage External Accounts- Servicing tools (Stop Payments, Check Reorder, Send Check, Locations/Branches, Skip a Pay)Strategic Initiatives & Platform Transformation- Drive the evolution of Q2’s Money Movement platform toward a unified, extensible architecture that simplifies integrations and supports a wide range of payment use cases- Own and continuously refine platform strategy with a focus on scalability, modular design, and accelerating time-to-market for financial institutions- Promote and implement API-first principles to enable seamless connectivity with fintech partners, core providers, and third-party services- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape product priorities that improve digital banking engagement and advance financial wellness outcomes
