Working in Savills Edinburgh office, but covering the entire Scottish region, I undertake valuations for purchase, sale, secured lending and portfolio performance purposes. I have experience across a broad range of property types including retail, retail warehousing, shopping centre, office, industrial, land and residential. Recent notable instructions that I have serviced in conjunction with my team include; £220M+ shopping centre for secured lending purposes, £350M shopping centre, £75M single let office investment, £42M prime multi-let office investment, £80M retail warehouse park, £55M manufacturing facility, £90M industrial estate and mixed use development land with an aggregate Market Value of approximately £75M. I am responsible for the quarterly valuation of approximately 100 properties located throughout Scotland for fund performance purposes. With an aggregate capital value in excess of £1.5Bn, individual lot sizes range from £1M to £200M and include a range of property types. Prior to qualifying in May 2013, I spent 18 months in Savills Scottish Investment team, four months in Retail Agency and three months working in London Valuation.
