   As CEO of eGlint Proteomics, I lead the strategic, scientific, and commercial direction of a next-generation multi-omics diagnostics company developing ultra-rapid, aptamer-based proteomic assays. I define the company’s vision and drive execution across our core product platforms, including ProteoMix™ for qPCR instruments, our point-of-care benchtop system, and an at-home diagnostic device. My focus is positioning eGlint as a category-defining platform that enables 10-minute, multiplex protein measurement across clinical, research, and consumer health markets.I oversee all aspects of fundraising and investor relations, guiding capital strategy and engaging closely with venture firms and strategic corporate partners. I represent eGlint to investors, industry leaders, and scientific audiences, communicating our technology’s disruptive potential—particularly the ability to convert the qPCR machines installed into rapid proteomics analyzers.I also lead partnership development with diagnostics, biotech, and technology companies, building collaborations in aptamer engineering, biosensor development, clinical sample access, and platform integration. These partnerships accelerate product development and expand commercialization pathways.Internally, I oversee daily operations, R&D, engineering, and business development while fostering a high-performance culture rooted in innovation, scientific rigor, and fast execution. My role includes aligning teams around a unified strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and advancing eGlint’s mission to make high-sensitivity proteomic testing accessible anywhere—central labs, point of care, and ultimately the home.
