Educator | Youth Coach | Student AdvocateI\'m Robert Gatlin, an educator and certified math and business teacher with a strong passion for helping students grow—both in the classroom and on the field. Currently teaching 6th grade math at Renaissance Charter School at Chickasaw, I bring creative, student-centered strategies to ensure every learner has the chance to succeed.With a background that includes child advocacy work with the Florida Department of Children and Families, community engagement in public service, and volunteer football coaching for grades 6–12, I’ve developed a unique ability to connect, lead, and support young people through academic and personal challenges.I believe in the power of education, mentorship, and teamwork to shape confident, capable individuals. Whether I’m building individualized learning plans or coaching student-athletes in discipline and leadership, my goal is the same: to help young people thrive.
