Police officer with 22 years domestic and international policing experience in Criminal Investigations Division and Patrol Operations. Departmental Sergeant Major - Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of dress and deportment for all sworn officers and civilian employees, coordinating training related to ceremonial activities and drill, and promoting an atmosphere of professionalism, civic pride and esprit de corps. Staff Sergeant: Watch Commander - Responsible for the supervision and leadership of all Constables and NCO\'s assigned to Patrol. Critical Incident Commander. Staff Sergeant: Professional Standards Branch - Responsible for supervision and leadership of PSB Investigators, review, initiate and investigate Public and Internal Nova Scotia Police Act complaints.
