As Vice President of Premium Business and President of Weather Shield, I lead Pella’s premium business strategy following the integration of its premium wood portfolio with the acquisition of Weather Shield. Reporting directly to the President & COO, I oversee 6 direct reports and influence over 900 employees across operations, sales, and customer engagement. BUSINESS INTEGRATION: Spearheading the seamless integration of Weather Shield into Pella’s premium operations. Preserving Weather Shield’s distinctive customer-facing strengths while unlocking deal synergies through portfolio cross-selling, supply chain optimization, manufacturing efficiencies, and SG & A alignment. STRATEGIC MARKET POSITIONING – Driving Pella’s ascent to the leading position in the luxury window and door segment. Aligning premium brands, product portfolios, and distribution strategies to strengthen market presence and accelerate growth. INNOVATION & CUSTOM SOLUTIONS: Expanding capabilities to deliver bespoke product and service solutions tailored to high-end customers, reinforcing Pella’s reputation as the premier choice in the luxury market.
