   Primary role: To preserve and increase the value of 31 Children\'s Medical Facilities consisting of 2 million square feet. Acting as MEP SME for all new and remodel projects at all Children\'s Hospital Medical Facilities. Acting as Energy Manager for all Children\'s properties. Directing and maintaining over facilities mechanical assets with 24-hour in-house staff and multiple outside contracted companies to maintain, physical plants, various mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, sewer, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. MEP Project Manager on 6 new and many remodel construction projects for Children\'s properties. Proper mechanical design for each project as well as overseeing all BMS, Lighting Control and various other software systems installations and commissioning. Project scope $1.5 Million to $400 Million. Wrote business plans/cases for MEP and energy/improvement projects costing 5+ million dollars in expenditures. Recruiting contractors to fill necessary facilities functions when needed ensuring their strict compliance with Children Hospital Medical Center policies, preventive maintenance programs and safety programs. Ensure that all building control systems (BMS/Electrical/Fire Alarm, etc.) are tested. Document all tests and inspections Per JAHCO and CMS standards. Aided in the building and implementing of the Cherwell Centralized Maintenance Management System made up of plus assets. Overseeing 10 Hospital and Building Physical Plants from Asset Management and Energy Management ensuring operations, repair and replacement and overall consumption throughout all Children\'s facilities is performed at the lowest cost per foot. Manage a $40 Million annual facilities budget. Share in decision-making regarding budget parameters and expenditures. Manage staff of 16 Maintenance Engineers, Team Lead and Maintenance Coordinator to perform all management functions: payroll, reviews, hire and terminate.
