Program Manager for our vendor relations team. Responsibilities include leading large projects and being the subject matter expert for our Road Hazard, Points Plus Loyalty Program and Finance Program Elements. Road Hazard - Large scale nationwide program covering a network of dealerships. Working cross functionally with our Road Hazard vendor, Sonsio, to continually improve the dealership experience. Assist with reporting out claim tracking data and investigating opportunities to improve processes within the work flow. Finance - Creating relationships with multiple finance vendors in order to provide better visibility to our network of dealerships utilizing our retail selling guide. Assist with project planning to look for better options to promote the program across more customer touch points. Points Plus Loyalty Program - Working directly with our point redemption vendor to manage a program that processes over 2 billion loyalty points yearly. Work on strategies to assist with report audit structures and process flows to help improve the efficiencies for the program. Initiatives include working directly with our Sales Field to solicit feedback on the programs in order to create a better dealer experience. Investigating ways to improve the overall program with regard to cost effective projects and efficiency gain opportunities. Efficiency gains include moving the claim escalation process into our Salesforce platform in order to create an overall better experience for the field and Sonsio. Work directly with our vendor contacts at Sonsio, 360insights, Sunbit, DigniFi and Affirm. Along with being a point of contact for our internal departments. Assist with training new processes to our sales field and Carline Services.
