Mr. Fatzinger previously served on the CIA’s OIG audit team assigned to independently review the cost schedule and technical performance of large classified acquisition programs, and worked in planning, scheduling, and material supply on the first two Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier refueling and complex overhaul (RCOH) contracts at Newport News Shipbuilding.
