Primary responsibilities include Installation of posters and bulletins as well as performing maintenance as required to the physical structure and surrounding property. Essential functions include: Climb structures without restrictions fixed, portable and/or extension ladders to heights up to 125 feet multiple times daily. Execute and complete work orders from elevated platforms up to 125 feet in height for up to 70% of the work day. Perform property and structure inspections to ensure safety to other Adams Outdoor Advertising personnel and public. Perform structure maintenance and updates as directed by the Operations Manager.Operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers, etc. Utilize all safety related equipment without exception as mandated by Adams Outdoor Advertising operating procedures. Successfully performs work responsibilities in all weather conditions mitigating risk of expose associated with the outdoor environment.
