Ward studied Business Management at Pepperdine University and received a certificate from the University Of Southern California\'s Marshal School of Business in Management Development. Robert began his career in insurance in February of 2002. In 2003, Robert co-founded Alliance Benefit Solutions, an insurance agency focused on health insurance and employee benefits. He proudly served as the president from 2003 to 2009. While president of Alliance Benefit Solutions, Robert was selected by Blue Shield of California as their Small Group Advisory Council member to represent Orange County and to help shape Blue Shield\'s Small Group Health Insurance in; plan design, underwriting policies, customer service and pricing. He proudly served on the council from 2003 to 2008. He has also sat on numerous other councils assisting various insurance carriers with health, dental, life, vision, etc. to help bring products to the market place that meet the needs of businesses. In 2009 he founded Efficiency Insurance Solutions, Inc.(EIS), and as President he provides over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and helps his clients evaluate their Health Insurance and Employee Benefit plans.
