I am currently serving as the Superintendent and CEO of the Springfield City School District. As the Chief Executive Officer of the district, I am responsible for leading students, staff, parents, and community members in the oversight of academic, fiscal, and facility growth. As an adjunct instructor in Ashland University\'s post-master\'s School Superintendent licensure program, I provide real-world learning opportunities for students in coursework that builds on typical M.Ed. Educational Administration programs and administrative licensure programs. The program is designed to provide students with an understanding of the school district organization and the process needed to gather, analyze and use data for ethical relevant decision making.
