Managed priorities and resources from construction through testing to deliver major site milestones per schedule and budget-Integrated process flows from construction through component, system, and integrated system testing to maximize early risk discovery while maintaining quality-Managed international troubleshooting efforts between multiple company stakeholders on a first of a kind turbine design, resulting in a successful demonstration of secondary plant and turbine performance during hot functional testing. Troubleshooting efforts included integration and alignment of Toshiba Japan, Westinghouse electrical and instrumentation design, subcomponent vendors, and Southern Nuclear testing, operations, and maintenance teams to create and implement design solutions required for reliable turbine operation through hot functional testing and future plant operation-Currently responsible for all balance of plant commissioning on Vogtle Unit 4 while still supporting integrated electrical testing on Unit 3, recently completing the initial bulk lube oil flushing per schedule and budget with quality.
