I have committed my professional life to defending healthcare providers who are alleged to have committed medical malpractice or professional misconduct. I regularly provide Risk Management and legal advice to my private and institutional clients.While continuing that good work, in the past decade I have also undertaken to defend another group of fine people- municipal employees such as First Responders and Law Enforcement Officers and the municipalities who employ them. I am regularly on trial in the State and Federal Courts but also find time to teach! I am an adjunct Professor at Hofstra University and also teach approximately 10 hours of Continuing Legal and Medical Education per year to my colleagues throughout the State.
