Ensure the all aspects of the driver experience with Quality Carriers begins with the drivers SAFETY and promote the \"Shut Down Authority\" given to each driver to halt operations if any aspect of his/her trip violates or jeopardizes the safety of the driver, equipment or product at anytime during each operational order. Work hand in hand with QC Supporting Departments to make sure our drivers are a success in their professional and financial futures and to promote driver retention and satisfaction in building a more prosperous future for the driver and QC. Work with drivers to ensure on time pickup and delivery and report any exceptions to clients to keep our client base up to speed on each trip assigned to QC to ensure superior communication to our valued customers.Be the primary point of contact for the drivers regarding all disputes and grievances.Process company driver payroll and ensure all accessorial charges are paid to the drivers.Monitor payroll to ensure all trips are paid in a timely manner.Monitor drivers driving exceptions reported by the onboard systems and communicate issues and make recommendations within company guidelines.Ensure drivers are current on their safety training.Approve PTO for company drivers.Assist drivers with breakdowns.Assist in all other circumstances that may arise in the normal operational processes.
