Manage service team, inventory and other operations activities. Manage and process all purchase orders, post-sale activities, manufacturer marketing initiatives and training, and serve as a support role to the SITECH Business Manager-Oversee SITECH Service Team to ensure our clients and organization achieve mutual success. This includes working closely with the SITECH Service Admin on scheduling, providing all the tools and support to the technicians for them to do what they need to do, and providing support wherever needed to ensure our clients and our team can be as successful and safe as possible-Create shipping and receiving documents of sales and rental equipment and parts. Ensure appropriate pre-shipping and receiving documents with accurate hours, condition, ship date, ship to, and purpose of shipment when machines leave or arrive. Inspect and clean rental inventory units prior to shipping and upon return-Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding new order requirements, part shipment updates, and current stock level challenges. Stay on top of current dealer price list updates to ensure ERP pricing is up to date-Maintain vendor relationships and dealer portals while ensuring timely and profitable scheduling of parts and equipment inventory to meet customer and sales team needs-Maintain proper parts and equipment inventory levels that are in-line with client and organization needs-Manage the product inventory ERP Database. Coordinate orders with the SITECH team, issue purchase orders, confirm receipt of new inventory. Track inventory utilized by SITECH Sales reps and loaner gear checked out to SITECH Service Techs.
